Targu Mures National Theatre

The Teatrul National Targu Mures is a national theatre unique in its kind in Romania, in which two theatre companies operate in the same building, under the same institute: the Liviu Rebreanu Company (in romanian) and the Tompa Miklós Company (in hungarian). Most of the team members at Aprilred is a real art lover, hence it was never a question if we want to be involved in the building of this relatively simple website, but with a lot of data and content types, content connections. Although it was an extensive project time wise, we are proud we could be part of it, especially, because it’s a local institution, hence we really feel we managed to add something valuable to the community we are also part of.

This project is basically a WordPress website, accessible from multiple domains, each domain having multiple language versions. The site has about 30 different custom post types, organized in about 500 custom fields. Content wise it has about 10.000 entries (plays, actors, awards, gallery images, news items, etc.) organized in roughly 500 different categories. The site occupies about 30GB of storage space.
